On Saturday, we gather for CHECK-IN, orientation meeting, and first night of group camping.
Mona Shores High School
1121 Seminole Rd

Please do not contact the school directly, or access the school grounds before noon on Saturday. Park where indicated, and do not block the drives. Take care in the parking lot and watch for children. Camp only in designated areas.
Saturday specific details:
► CHECK-IN will be 3-5 p.m. and signed waivers are mandatory for all participants. Signs may read Registration.
Each participant must collect their own ID bib (aka fanny flag) and t-shirt. There is a spot for your bib number on the waiver. For those signing waivers before check-in (for minors) the bib number is in the minor’s online registration confirmation email.
If you opted for the meal service, you will also be fitted with your wristband at check-in. The optional meal plan begins with breakfast on Sunday. Meals on Saturday are on your own. Lunch each day is on your own, except for a PALM-provided lunch Friday.
► ORIENTATION MEETING: All participants are strongly encouraged to attend Saturday’s meeting, which covers many important topics for the week ahead.
► OPTIONAL ROUTE: Many participants opt to “dip tires” in Lake Michigan. There is an unsupported optional route for Saturday. Maps will be available at noon for those who wish to ride before check-in.
► TRANSPORTATION: If you purchased the optional bus transportation from Lexington to Norton Shores on Saturday, you will arrive in Lexington at 7 a.m. so that your bicycles — or tandem, trailer, trike, etc. — can be securely loaded onto the trucks. You will load your bags on the motor coach. Please be ready for a prompt 9 a.m. departure for Norton Shores. (Visit the Friday page for Friday bus transportation service details.)
► LONG-TERM PARKING: Park only in the designated area. This applies to those who purchased the optional bus transportation from Lexington to Norton Shores on Friday, and any other vehicles being parked at Norton Shores for the week.
